Diverse suppliers must complete an online registration and company profile to be considered for inclusion in our supplier database. This database is regularly used to identify diverse-owned businesses to share with Capital One sourcing managers for upcoming opportunities. It is important to include as many relevant keywords and phrases as possible -- that is how we conduct our searches. We do not search on NAICS codes. To begin the registration process, use the "Register your company" link above. You will need to have the following information readily available:

• Federal Tax ID
• Diversity Certificate - ready to upload
• NAICS/SIC Codes
• References

Please ensure that your profile is updated regularly, including your keywords. It is the supplier's responsibility to keep their registration profile, certification and documentation current. Expired certifications may be removed from the database without prior notice.

Please note that completion of a company profile DOES NOT:

• Guarantee award of a contract
• Classify your company as an approved or preferred supplier
• Automatically qualify your company to be a part of any RFQ's or RFP's
• Indicate that your company will be considered to bid on procurement opportunities
